Ethos Group Compliance Solutions (EGCS) partners with automobile dealerships to identify compliance vulnerabilities and crafts innovative solutions that protect the business and its employees.  Our safety program includes on-site audits of customer facilities and employee work practices, on-site training, development of customized online training, and a toll-free hotline to assist in answering safety related questions. Our services provide customers with a valuable resource which has proven to significantly reduce their exposure to hazards. Responsibilities include: Manage a defined territory of customers Conduct quarterly on-site safety audits to identify areas of risk Present findings along with recommended solutions to stakeholders Organize and lead formal training Skills and Experience Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with OSHA and other safety topics impacting automobile dealerships Maintain a working understanding of general safety related matters Desire to work in fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Operate with limited supervision in completing assigned responsibilities Provide support for assigned projects and research responsibilities as needed Strong reading/writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software applications Qualifications Minimum of two years working in a retail automobile dealership or for a service provider in safety services Ability to train both virtually and in person on all aspects of the position and EGCS services/software Ability to travel frequently (3-5 days a week) Willingness to relocate upon assignment of Rep territory Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required Professional appearance
